No orders are shipped on Saturday, Sunday or Holidays. All shipping is via UPS. Orders must be placed before 3:00 PM EST (Eastern Standard Time) to be shipped same day. Once you have submitted your order and your card has been charged, if you change your shipping method there is a $10.00 service charge for changing the method of delivery or delivery destination. No refunds on any and all shipping charges or service charges. At Stewart Design we believe in helping our environment by recycling. We use recycled and recirculated materials as part of our packaging.

Merchant Return RMA Proceedure
All Returns are situations where items are being returned and not being replaced. Credit will only be given on returned items that are unused and in the original box / packaging and have been purchased thru our company, Stewart Design. There are absolutely no exceptions. We reserve the right to refuse issuance of RMA's based on any circumstance. There is a 25% restocking fee on any accepted returned product, no exceptions. You agree to this upon placement of your order with us, Stewart Design.

Returns
To return or exchange a product, email heather@stewartdesign.biz to obtain a return authorization (RMA) number . After receiving an RMA number, carefully pack the product in original packaging, insure, and ship via ground prepaid to the address below. The RMA number should be clearly written on the outside of the box. Shipping charges in either direction are not refundable unless the error is on Stewart Design's part.

Under no circumstances will products be received freight collect.
No products will be accepted without an RMA number.

Returns or exchanges must be made within 10 days of receipt of the merchandise. No returns are allowed on any custom orders, including custom colors or modifications of any kind.

Returns will be accepted only if the returned products are unused in their original packaging and in the condition in which they were received. Returned products not meeting these conditions are subject to refusal or a 25% restocking fee.

Refunds are made within 30 days of returned merchandise. No refunds or exchanges will be accepted after 30 days from the date of receipt. No exceptions.
