To return or exchange a product, e-mail our customer service department at custsvc@stewartdesign.biz to obtain a return authorization number. After receiving an RGA#, send carefully pack product in original packaging, insure and ship via ground, freight prepaid to the address below. Return Authorization Number should be clearly written on outside of box. Shipping charges in either direction are not refundable unless the error is on Stewart Designs part.

Under no circumstances will products be received freight collect.
No products will be accepted without a Return Goods Authorization number.

Returns or exchanges must be made within 10 days of receipt of the merchandise. No returns are allowed on any custom orders, including custom colors or modifications of any kind.

Returns will be accepted only if the returned products are unused in their original packaging, are in the condition in which they were received. Returned products not meeting these conditions are subject to refusal or a 25% restocking fee.

Refunds are made within 30 days of receipt of returned product. No refunds or exchanges will be accepted after 30 days from the date of receipt. No exceptions.
