Shipping & Delivery
Stewart Design, LLC, agrees to ship your product within one business day from the time the order is placed. If an order is received before 3:00PM Eastern Time your product will be shipped the same day. Shipping charges will vary per item on all spoilers and chrome accessories. For all pinstripes, graphics, and decals orders a flat UPS Ground shipping charge will apply. Customers wishing to have their items rushed have a UPS Seconday Day Air and Overnight option - these prices will vary per item and will be shown at the point of checkout. All shipments will be processed via UPS, unless otherwise noted on the product information page or at the point of checkout. Customers wishing to change their shipping method for any reason have until 3:00PM Eastern Time on the same business day the order was placed to contact heather@stewartdesign.biz. Customers wishing to change their shipping method on orders placed after 3:00PM Eastern Time can email heather@stewartdesign.biz. For all orders, a UPS tracking number will be provided after the order has been processed and shipped.
Privacy & Security
Stewart Design, LLC, agrees to never sell or use your personal information for third party purposes. Stewart Design, LLC will only use information gathered on this site for its own marketing purposes and to cater specific deals and promotions to customers who may be interested. Stewart Design, LLC, reserves the right to send out newsletters or promotional emails using the email address provided by previous customers at the time of product purcahse. Customers may opt out of these emails at any time, making particiaption in the Stewart Design, LLC, newsletter completely voluntary at all times. Stewart Design, LLC, uses SSL during the checkout procedure and on all pages collecting account information from its customers. SSL creates a secure connection between the customer and Stewart Design, LLC. This ensures that all customer information remains private and secure at all times. Returns & Replacements
Stewart Design, LLC, will accept some merchandise for return. All returns must be completed within 30 days of delivery to the customer, no exceptions. If an item has is unopened and in its original packaging, and able to be resold as "brand-new" condition, a full refund will be issued. Customers will not be reimbursed for the fees to ship the product back to Stewart Design. If an item has been opened or is no longer in "brand-new, sealed" condition, a 20% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund of the item. Any products that are custom made or painted (logo design, custom graphcis, painted spoilers, etc)  are not returnable. Products delivered damaged may be replaced by Stewart Design. Please contact heather@stewartdesign.biz, to discuss the possibility of a return. To complete any returns or replacement products, an RMA (return authorization) number must be acquired by the customer. Please repackage the item in the original box and write the RMA number on the outside of the box. Please include the RMA number in the inside the box as well. Shipping charges will not be covered on returns or replacements unless there was an error on the part of Stewart Design, LLC. If the customer does not provide an RMA number, the return will not be accepted. Returns must be received within 30 days of a created RMA. Refunds will be issued within 2-5 business days of merchandise being inspected and fully processed. Ordering
Customers are responsible for verifying the accuracy of products before completing the Check Out of the transaction. Stewart Design, LCC, is not responsible for errors in the order placed. Customers are responsible for verifying the quantity, color and style of the product before completing the transaction. Payment, Pricing & Promotions
Stewart Design, LLC accepts PayPal, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express, and debit card transaction. Stewart Design, LLC has set prices for each product. These prices are agreed upon between the customer and Stewart Design, LLC at the time of purchase. If for some reason Stewart Design, LLC, lowers its price on an item within 30 days of purchasing, customers may request a refund for the difference in price. Stewart Design, LLC, does not price match other merchants on items. All of the items sold on this website are top quality, premier products. We strive to bring great and competitive prices to customers for these top quality items and for that reason cannot price match. Promotional coupons may be given out. These promotional coupons are only valid during times listed on the coupon. Customers may not use coupons on previously placed and shipped orders, unless the coupon is added to the transaction the same day of the purchase before receiving a shipment status update by contacting heather@stewartdesign.biz.
Viewing Orders
Customers may view their previously placed orders through their account information page. This page provides customers with the ability track, manage, and view all orders. Customers may review these pages to confirm the accuracy of the products shipped and use the "Contact Us" page, following all Returns and Replacements protocols to address any problems.
Updating Account Information
Account inforomation may be updated at any time by simply going to the "My Account" section of the website and updating all customer information. If nformation is incorrect and unable to be updated please use the "Contact Us" page for further assistance. Customers are responsible for updating all account information. Stewart Design, LLC, is not responsible for shipping errors made due to incorrect upkeep of account information.
